How Do I Pay?
By cheque, payable to Christmas Made Easy or online via Paypal. Cheque is the BEST VALUE option, there is an extra cost of 3% for paypal transactions.

From 10 AM 23rd December, delivery times will be confirmed 48hrs in advance, delivery charge €25

Can I Collect?
Yes from 10AM 23rd December, location details will be confirmed closer to the time.

How Will My Package Be Packed?
Carefully packed into insulated chill boxes designed to keep the food chilled and fresh.

What Do I Do With My Package When It Arrives?
It is essential that you unpack your hamper as soon as you receive it and refrigerate all perishable food items.

How Do I Order?
On the official order form.

When Must I Order By?
Officially our order deadline is 6th December. Free-range Geese and Turkeys are in limited supply. Avoid disappointment, order as soon as possible.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before the 18th December for a full refund. If you cancel after the 18th December you will receive a 10% refund and your hamper will be donated to the SVP Ireland.

How It Works

We provide all the ingredients necessary to produce the finest of Christmas dinners.

Where possible all the hard work is done. Sourcing the finest of ingredients from quality artisan producers. The Burren Smokehouse organic smoked Clare Island Irish salmon is carved and ready to be enjoyed, your soup is ready to be gently heated. The stuffing, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce is ready along with all the vegetables, which are peeled and chopped. From the starter course to five course’s later all the hard work is done.

This hamper is designed to allow you the ultimate trouble-free, real Christmas dinner at home. We prepare your Christmas day feast to the point of cooking allowing you to plan your day with minimal time spent in the kitchen and more time spent with family and friends.

How Many People Does A Hamper Serve?
We offer six menu options: Parsley Menu for 10-12 people, Sage Menu for 6-8 people, Rosemary Menu for 4-6 People Thyme Menu for 2 People, Goose Menu for 6-8 People and Alternative Menu for 6-8 people. The packages will provide generous servings for the heartiest of appetites.

Are The Ingredients Used Sourced From Bona Fide Sources?
We have acknowledged and credited our suppliers who we have traded with for over a decade now and can be assured of the commitment to the provenance of the quality ingredients they use and the service levels provided.

Cooking

How Long Will It Take To Cook?
The amount of food and size of the Bronze turkey, ham, free range goose and dry aged rib of beef varies with each menu offering. Depending on the size of the hamper naturally the cooking times will vary. Included in the hamper are cooking instructions for the turkey, ham, goose and beef which take the mystery out of producing the finest roast and calculate the respective cooking times for the particular joint.

Also included is a schedule, which breaks down the various, cooking stages making it an enjoyable affair.

Problems

What If Something Is Missing Or Damaged?
In the unlikely event of your hamper not meeting your expectations we will endeavour to rectify the issue. As long as we are notified by 3pm on the delivery/collection day we will arrange to rectify the issue before 3pm on Christmas Eve.

What If I Have A Complaint?
If you are unhappy with our service, for whatever reason, please let us know immediately and we will endeavour to provide a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.
